Rihanna was spotted sporting a new hairstyle on her way to the Bowery hotel for a meeting. Then after heading to the studio in NYC yesterday. She looks fab as usual and the hair I think she finally got a perm. Thank goodness since her hair grew back in, it was starting to look a little rough around the edges.

Today marks the 8 year anniversary of Aaliyah's tragic death. Its hard to believe that its been so long. So today I'm going to remember and celebrate her beauty, talent and short life. She pave way for a lot of these new comers. Such as Rihanna, Ciara, Teairra Mari, Ashanti, Teyana Taylor and the list goes on.

I really think that if Aaliyah was alive she would have definitely gave Beyonce a run for her money. She started acting and made appearances in "Romeo Must Die" and "Queen Of The Damn." Rest In Peace to Aaliyah you are truly missed especially in this music industry. I remember when I found out about her passing, it was the talk of my junior high school that whole school year. I also remembered, I couldn't wait to go see the movie "Queen Of The Damn," she did a pretty good job. Seems like it was just yesterday. Below are a few of my favorite songs/videos of hers check it.

Daily Dose Of Shoes

Today's daily dose of shoes are from Solange closet. Earlier this month, I posted some pics of Solange and big sister Beyonce in Japan and Solo was rocking these shoes below. I wasn't sure what brand they were and after some browsing around.... drum roll please!!! Lol The shoes are from the fall 2009 Moschino's "Cheap and Chic collection." But you cant find them in stores or purchase them if you wanted too. I guess thats what being a celebrity is all about. You get to wear all the exclusive "ish" before the public. But I thought the shoes were very interested that's why I took a liking to them.

Cassie's New Photoshoot

R&B singer Cassie recently did a photoshoot with fashion label Dimepiece. Cassie collaborated with the label to create different looks to go with her sophomore album "Electro Love." I love this photoshoot Cassie looks amazing. This looks like it could be a high fashion photoshoot.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Cassie should consider being a high fashion model and give up all hopes of being a singer. She can't sing and she needs to stay far away from Diddy. If she got into modeling seriously she would make way more money modeling than singing. But "NO" everyone wants to be an "efn" singer wtf??? Check out the photoshoot!!!
