The Hannah Montana star is currently, negotiating with her parents Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus. A source close to Miley “She wants a place to call her own, where she can have her friends over to watch movies and eat popcorn and have her boyfriend, Justin Gaston, over,” a Cyrus snitch blabs in this week’s edition of Star Magazine.
