Singer Ciara is on the cover of billboard magazine this august issue. I'm not sure if I like this new look for her though. Looks to me like someone is trying to bite of my girl RIRI and I don't like it. Ciara is discussing her upcoming third album "Fantasy Ride" in billboard's mag.
