Heather Locklear was arrested on Saturday in the Santa Barbara area for suspicion of driving under the influence of a control substance. Locklear 47 was taken to the police station and tested for alcohol and drugs. She was booked for the driving under the influence of prescription medication and later release from custody. Oh thats crazy Heather dont you have a little girl to looking after instead of being doped up. SMH @ Heather
