Celebs Spotted On The Red Carpet At The Teen Choice Awards
The Teen Choice Awards will be hosted by the Jonas Brothers and will air today at 8-10PM ET/PT on FOX. I haven't watched the TCA's in years and I don't think I'll be tuning in.
